Method 1 :  Use Honey Before Go To Sleep.


If you want to reduce your fat take honey with hot water and drink every day before you going to sleep. honey have power to simulate fat level in our human body.

Method 2 : Reduce sugar and starches 


Reduce sugar and starches having food . Its lowering insulin product in our body. If insulin are reduce the fat storage of our body is low.

Method 3 : Take protein enrich food

Take protein enrich food like egg, (white part) , almonds , chicken breast , oats.

Method 4 : Physical  Exercise For weight loss


take some physical Exercise like...
1. Jumping
2. Walking
